Workshop on Augmented environments for Medical Imaging and Computer-aided Surgery (AMI-ARCS)

The workshop Augmented Environments for Augmented environments for Medical Imaging and Computer-aided Surgery (AMI ARCS) has been a former satellite workshop of the renowned conference Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI). AMI-ARCS has always be the platform where to meet key people (see e.g. Program Committee AMI-ARCS 2009) of the Medical Augmented Reality community. The last AMI-ARCS workshop took place in 2009 at Imperial College, London, UK. After a one year break, AMI-ARCS is now continued by the workshop Augmented Environments for Computer Assisted Interventions (AE-CAI).

Including AMI-ARCS 2009, there were overall five workshops in a series: ARCS 2003, AMI-ARCS 2004, AMI-ARCS 2006 & AMI-ARCS 2008 and the AR Tutorial in 2007.

In most cases, your will be able to download AMI-ARCS proceedings freely from still accessible websites of the earlier workshops (2004, 2006, 2008, 2009).
