Ray Ban uses Augmented Reality based E-Commerce System

At one point in your life, you might find yourself in a situation where you cannot read signs on the highway, you don’t recognize your friends on the street or you need to ask your neighbor when ordering food from the menu attached to the wall at your local fast food restaurant. One possible conclusion you might then draw is that you need to wear eyeglasses. This might frustrate you a bit but luckily there are designers out there who made wearing glasses quite cool. Some eyeglass models became that en vogue so that in some subgroups of our society you could get discriminated in case you don’t wear e.g. horn-rimmed glasses even though your eyesight works totally fine… Anyhow, whoever tried to buy new eyeglasses having an acceptable design not only for yourself but also for your partner, your family, the person who tries to sell you the glasses, etc., you might have concluded that computer science is actually not that complex.

Ok, it is still about sunglasses and not about dealing with a visual pathology. But you have to start somewhere, right?
